4.    Old Business:
 
a.      Bylaws have been revised and sent to NSCF.  CAPT Tom Billings had some recommended changes.  He objected to the language of an auxillary or the inclusion of enlisted members.
 
5.    New Business
 
a.     2013 Goals and Objectives
 

• Goals and Objectives need to be created for the upcoming year.  We will want to identify some tangible objectives that can be accomplished during the year. Brainstormed some ideas that would be appealing to area Supply Corps Officers.

 
b.     Publicity
 

• The article below was sent to CDR Joe Banks for distribution to the Great Lakes area Supply Corps Officers.
• The Detroit Chapter web page has been set up on the NSCF website.  Jim Semerad worked with Linda Hall at NSCF to create the web site.
• A web forum has been set up on the Friends of the US Navy (FOUNMI) web site.
