New Michigan-based 'Detroit' Chapter to Charter
Gathered recently at the Grosse Pointe, Michigan home of CAPT Petersen Decker for the charter organizational meeting of the Supply Corps Foundation’s Detroit Chapter are (seated) CAPT (Ret.) Doug McDonald, Marguerite Decker, and Kathy McDonald; (standing) CDR (Ret.) Jim Semerad, CAPT (Ret.) Paul McNeill, and CAPT Decker.
These talented Supply Officers and supporters are poised to garner for the SCF a wealth of professionalism, drive, and results in support of its mission. "The depth and breadth of Supply Corps know-how and contacts that entered my home last week were absolutely remarkable," noted Decker. "This is a forward-leaning cadre of team- and work-oriented leaders who will easily make their mark on the Association's mid-west expansion."
The group is anxious to initiate services and programs supporting SCF's recruitment, training and development, transition, recognition, financial support, and commemoration in the greater Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and western Ontario regions. They equally look forward to reaching out to sister chapters in order to further expand the Supply Corps' presence and contributions. For more information contact the Chapter President CAPT (Ret.) Paul McNeill at paul.mcneill@att.net.
