2017 All Calls
On Behalf of Rear Admiral and Mrs. Jonathan A. Yuen, Chief of the Supply Corps and CAPT Milton Troy III, President Navy Supply Corps Foundation Washington Area Chapter, we would like to extend our thanks to CDR Vince Erno and all the 2017 All Calls team from DLA for putting together a fantastic event. The 2017 All Calls Made and Returned Reception was held at the Nationals Park Baseball Stadium and was truly a wonderful evening of camaraderie, friendship, and networking
NSCF-WAC is bringing you the Professional Development Lunch Series in its commitment to bringing you "3 SHIPs": FriendSHIP, MentorSHIP & PartnerSHIP.
A Supply Corps Flag Officer or Senior Executive Service (SES) will sit down with 5 participants over lunch at the Pentagon. Brown bag lunches will be periodically scheduled throughout the year. This is a great opportunity to gain insight from both our present and former SC community leaders.
Please contact LCDR Jon Pagnucco for further details if you are interested in participating in the Professional Development Lunch Series.
SpringFest Golf Tournament
Our annual Springfest Event supports our foundations mission of providing scholarships to deceased Supply Corps personnel.
African American Museum Tour
The Navy Supply Corps Foundation- Washington Area Chapter (NSCF-WAC) had the unique opportunity for a personalized group tour of the new National Museum of African American History & Culture (NMAAHC) on June 22, 2017. The Military History Gallery Curator, Dr. Krewasky Salter, provided a VIP tour of the twelve history galleries. NSCF-WAC is focused on three “SHIPs”: FriendSHIP, MentorSHIP and ParnterSHIP. This professional development session broadened the perspective of both present and former Supply Corps officers in three ways: professionally, culturally and socially.
